that looks like a clean car. Maybe leave the back end all raked up and turn her into a drag racer!
Seriously though, I agree with Alaska Viggen. If you are mechanically inclined then you should have no trouble making some extra cash parting it out. I did with my 9k Aero. Viggens are full of parts that would be an upgrade for a lot of 9-3 owners. Low-mile working engines and trannys have real value too.
To AlaskaViggen: The tranny is exclusive to the Viggen; that's why you're having trouble finding one. It's basically the gear-set from the 9-5 stuffed into a 9-3 box. Your best bet would probably be a rebuild.
Another option might be to find out how much work would be involved in retrofitting a standard 9-3 tranny. I know it would bolt up directly and the only problem I could see would be the axles (use the axles from donor car). Someone must have done it at some point.
