'01 9-3: Too many issues for private sale?

Hello All,
I'm thinking of moving to another car after 4 years in my '01 9-3 (115k mi). There are no major problems AFAIK, but the list of issues that I know about is:
- Power antenna failed and power module removed (antenna can be raised and lowered manually)
- Rear washer fluid squirter not functional
- One element of rear window defogger not functional
- Headlight washers not functional
- Rear hatch struts weak at <20°F temperatures
- Driver’s side seatbelt retractor works fine for driving, but is slow to fully retract the belt when unlatched
- Several minor paint and body imperfections typical for location and mileage (no rust, no collision damage or repairs)
- Only comes with one key
- Occasionally leaks water into the driver footwell (yes, I've tried all the typical fixes)
Also, the car is on koni sport kit springs and struts, which probably narrows the market a bit.
So, I'm conflicted whether I should just trade it in or try to sell it privately with so many issues - will there be a market for it at all? Any thoughts?
