I had a tie rod replaced, but my local indie wasn't able to free up the adjustment screw to do an alignment. They offered to replace the complete tie rod assembly, but after paying for a new radiator I decided to put it off. I've been spraying the tie rods with PB Blaster to help loosen it up and today I took the wheel off to see if I could get the tie rods free. The lock down bolt for the adjustment screw on the inner tie rod was snapped off completely (if the URL worked there will be a picture).
What are the opinions of the board? Whats the best course of action? I obviously need to get the front end aligned to keep it from wearing out my tires.
