I can't give you a definitive explanation but the P-0340 is almost always the ignition cassette as long as the proper NGK spark plugs are already in there and not worn out.
The CMP sensor is a virtual sensor built in into the circuitry of the ignition cassette so it is nothing you can replace short of replacing the whole IDM.
P-0106 could be the MAP sensor or vacuum hose for it.
As long as you don't see anything obviously wrong, I would first reset the fault codes and see how long it takes for each to come back.
