I don't see any need to replace the mounting bracket. I recently did the job myself. I used raybestos parts all around. Bought the fully loaded calipers, which means they include the pads. I also recommend replacing the rotors. Raybestos has two levels of quality. I chose the professional grade. I also recommend replacing the hoses that fit between the steel brake lines and the calipers. I also ended up replacing the master cylinder. If you have to replace the master cylinder make sure you buy a pre-bleeder kit for the master cylinder. The kit will not cost but a few dollars and it is extremely critical to a successful conclusion. Lastly I recommend the pressure tank bleeder tool. You can get it and the master cylinder and bleeder tank on Eeuro.i I found the best price for the raybestos parts elsewhere. My brake system is now performing very well. I am most impressed that the rotors are wearing smooth and even. Stopping is exceptional. No noise at all.
