What kind of shape is your transmission mount in? I have had these get sloppy and replaced between 110-150 k on my NG 900 and 00 9-3 SE both with manual trnsmissions. Shifting deteriorates and noises commence when mount goes bad. Cheap and easy fix. Also check to see if you have a trans leak and check level of oil in there. I use Redline MTF and it is great stuff.
