I'm assuming that you are asking about the oil-filled mount that's bolted on to the rear bracket of the transmission.
The easiest way to change it is when the clutch gets changed because the engine is supported from above, the shifter shaft is removed, the subframe is removed and the transmission is out. Then, you only need to remove one bolt from the transmission bracket to remove the mount, and one bolt to attach the new bracket.
If you want to replace it with the transmission in place, you either have to jack the rear of the transmission high enough so the mounts bolt clears the bracket - which requires that the shifter shaft be disconnected, or drop the rear of the subframe for more room.
You can also remove the cast bracket from the rear of the transmission (4 bolts IIRC) and remove the mount that way.
And the car should be high enough for you to have room underneath. Ramps would be my choice, or jacked and supported with at least jack stands... Ron
