I ended up jumping it directly with a battery after disconnecting one of the wiring harnesses underneath. You have to find the one that goes to the fore/aft motor vs the up/down motor. Not easy if the seat is all the way down.
Alternatively, there is a SAAB service bulletin somewhere that shows how to manually operate the seat with some sort of SAAB Part #whatever. However that part looked like it could be mocked up with a ratchet. It's for in the event that the motor fails. I'll try to find that bulletin again as it's been 5 years ago since I dealt with this.
