Both the stanchion arm to subframe and control arm to subframe connections have room to move around, especially near the bolt heads. Best I came up with was degrease everything really well before assembly and tighten it up once more after driving around the block. I don't tighten anything further after that since I used Loctite. Maybe this summer I'll have another look since I still get random clunks. Hopefully I'll see a nice shiny spot where things have been moving. I saw a photo where you can weld a washer to the bottom of the subframe where the stanchion arm connects so the bolt can't move. So you know it's a problem area...
