you need the nylon/plastic fuel line fitting tool (kit).
The connections are pressed into the fuel line using an equal-pressure force that seals the barbed fitting without need for clamps.
If installed incorrectly you can easily damage (crank or kink) the hard nylon fuel lines.
Should the line become damaged or kinked it will need to be trimmed evenly and re-fitted. Being careful not to trim off too much of the line or it will no longer reach its connection point properly.
TIP: Take patience when using the compression tool to install the fittings.*"Haste Makes Waste"
