I got the poly front end kit from Genuine Saab, so all bushings on the control arms (inner, outer, and central). I also bought the hard poly bushings that connect tie rods to the rack. Same source.
I am having an issue now with a steering noise which I believe is the rack, but I am certain this is unrelated. See my steering rack post today. If given the choice, yes I would do everything in my suspension the same way again. I do not need to lube the poly and have yet to hear a squeak at all (knock on wood).
