9198631. That should be a Garret turbo for a 2001 B205L engine up to a certain VIN 12054241. From that VIN the p/n is 5955703 but as for what Saab is concerned, both those old and new turbo numbers are superseded to the same 55560913.
With that in mind, it might be a possibility that the fittings have changed between the old and new p/n and that Saab had a pipe kit of sort when changing out the old ones for a new but I don't know that for sure.
This latest number is also used on the 9-5 model.
As for if the turbo is early or late with or without heatshield, you would need to find another number series on the tag that goes like this.
452204-5 with heatshield.
452204-1,2,3,4 without heatshield.
