Was going to post back about the success I had replacing the throttle body on 99 Viggen/156k, when I saw your issue coincided with filling the tank.
My fuel pump failed after filling the tank, driving about an hour then parking it for three hours. It did start the following morning after about sitting about 8 hours, but my indy noted that full tanks can expose dying fuel pumps. If it was something downstream of your fuel pump, the full tank probably wouldn't be a factor. We replaced the pump, and I haven't been stranded since.
The fuel pump did not however solve my intermittent warm start issue. This weekend I replaced the throttle body with a used (not rebuilt) unit, and that seems to have fixed the warm start issue. Seems to crank a little longer before firing when engine's cold, but warm start has been good.
Throttle body is a little pricy, but DIYable. Maybe just cleaning your TB will give you an indication, before you go all in. But I'm gonna say fuel pump.
