I would just put another 1156 bulb in there and call it a day. The 1156 is actually a 27 watt bulb, and it was the factory bulb on the NG900. The 9-3 used all European bulbs, which are generally a little dimmer than our standard 1156 and 1157 bulbs in the US. There's no harm in using an 1156 on your car, and they're almost certainly cheaper than the P21 bulb that your car probably had in it from the factory.
