Sounds like the sub frame bolt is loose

One possibility is the aft sub frame bolt is allowing the control arm to move. I had this problem. First check the sub frame bolts for proper torque. If they are to spec look else where. If you find the bolt will not hold torque you need a repair. I solved it by dropping the sub frame and installing thread inserts. Do both sides and use new sub frame bolts.
