It's not possible to say with so many aftermarket suppliers of bolts.

The Saab genuine bolts back in the days from around 97 and up had a coating where supposedly, you should not add any oil to the bolt. That coating was also a reason for a service bulletin and loose headbolt syndrome.

With all the different bolts out there by now and most of them probably doesn't have any fantastic coating at all, you can probably add some oil.
