Either the bolt is loose or the poly bushings are worn out.
I don't like poly bushings at all and people are not using them in the right manner.
They might be ok in a racing environment where you go in and replace them on a regular basis to keep the suspension stiff at all times but they are not of the install and forget them type of part.
The poly don't have much of a "memory" and will slowly get massaged out leaving a sloppy suspension.
I have seen numerous poly transmission mounts where the plastic is so deformed that the mount has more slop than a broken genuine mount.
