Strut/Hub Boot on Lower Control Arm

Investigating a shimmy at speed in my 02 9-3 Con. There is play in the driver side wheel and I see that the control arm bushing at the strut/hub has failed (also failed on passenger side). Hopefully the link to photos attached works. The other bushings on the control arm look OK and I don't see any play.
Can the strut/hub bushings be replaced or do both control arms need to be replaced? Is it the ball joint boot kit (SKU: 8993867) at eeuroparts? If replaceable, how is it removed (hopefully without removing the control arm)?
