There are several posts on it. Search for 'blower fan' and 'blower motor' and sift through the results. You can get at it under the wipers and cowl. A long cotton swab can reach the bearing shaft.
This post has a good description of getting at it, it was one I used when i replaced my blower (99 Viggen).

If you think its related to the housing flexing and contacting the blades, it may be more a matter of the loosening the motor mounting screws and realigning the motor and housing, which that post mentions. There isn't much clearance between blades and housing, it has to be just right. Test it before you tighten everything up.
