I am going to make the assumption that you have the stock radio system where the amp only drives the two door speakers. The two dash and rear speakers are driven directly by the head unit. Since all the speakers went dead I would start at the radio. There is a fuse on the back of the radio unit, but if the SID shows the CD track or the radio frequency then it's probably not a fuse. I think the whole radio goes dead when the fuse is blown on the head unit or the fuse panel.
The speakers are on the same harness in the back of the stereo so it could have wiggled loose. I've always struggled getting the connectors out of the head unit when I pulled the stereo so I would find it hard to believe they would work loose. Anything is possible.
