The ECU is mated to the TWICE so you would have to find someone with a Tech 2 to sync up the Viggen ECU to your theft alarm system.
It could be a little bit risky to run it with the wrong ECU since you can't be sure about the fuel mapping and maybe the engine would run too lean.
Since it has been quite a few cases with cracked pistons on both Viggen engines and regular ones from lean burning pinging due to bad air mass meters, you should probably get it done.
