Good luck trying to get it reliably repaired. Ive delt with these OG9-3 hoses for many years now on customers vehicles here in Florida since over half of the 9-3s are convertibles.
The Parker hoses have a rubber coating that comes off the nylon, under where the fitting is crimped down over. This allows the line to slip out of the fitting. I worked closely with a local engineer who opened a business to manufacture the line fittings and used 6000 psi burst strength stainless steel lines, they were bulletproof and simple to install as you didn't need to worry about kinking them during install.
I can tell you from experience, if you have one fitting pop out, there will be many more to follow. There are ten lines total, twenty fittings (5 cylinders). The hoses pop out of the pump fittings as well as the cylinder fittings. Another problem is the design of the cylinders which use a chrome plating on the shaft which sits in full extended position when the top is up. This allows weather to eat away at the chrome finish, causing the cylinders to leak.
I always tell customers in this situation, commit the money to replace the entire set of ten lines, or don't fix any at all. Put the top up, lock it down and use the car as a two door coupe. Visit tophydraulicsinc.com and talk with Klaus about getting a set of ten lines and five rebuilt cylinders for just $1400, less than 20% of buying new items from Orio/SPNA (cylinders are $750-850ea and lines $150-200ea).
