I found the Real stuff in the UK for under $22 per liter. Less than CHF-11s locally!

And since my retirement accounts dropped by over 10% yesterday I don't feel at all guilty

Whoops! Shipping from the UK doubles the price!

Oddly, the Owners Manual identifies CHF-11s as the proper hydraulic fluid for the power steering system but does not even mention the convertible top hydraulic system. Nor does the manual show how to add fluid for the convertible system. I guess it was intended to be non-owner serviceable.
