You can replace the inner tie rod bushings with a kit that most any auto parts store sells. It includes a set of poly bushings, metal sleeves, a new lock plate, and in some kits, new bolts and washers. O'Reilly's sells it for about $10-$15, and I would think that other places would charge the same. Regardless of whose name is on the box, they all contain the same RAMCOA (Research and Manufacturing Corporation of America) bushings and other assorted parts. You can press out the old bushings with some sockets and a clamp, and the new ones push in by hand. The only downside to the RAMCOA bushings is that the holes become oblong in about two years and they get sloppy, but they're easy to replace and very cheap, so it's not so bad to replace them every couple of years. Mine are about due for replacement.
