It is a loss of preload on the input shaft bearings as the gearbox wears. This together with clutch hub wear.
At certain RPM combinations you find the harmonics of the combination, such as when the AC is on and the idle is a little higher. Obviously an aftermarket clutch disk with stiffer springs to handle increased output will move this natural frequency around.
Nothing really horrible. Not a sign of impending doom.
I have a race only clutch and very light flywheel in my Viggem, It sounds like hell. No sprung center hub to isolate the gears, multiple disks and floaters to rattle when disengaged. Works great and shifts perfect to very high revs. 8-9000rpm. ;)
