Makes me wonder if they didn't shave 200K miles (or 300K miles?) off the actual number

The CarFAX report states that 192K miles was accurate FIVE years ago, in January of 2012.

The car was sent to Pennsylvania in November of 2012 and apparently PA does not require odometer readings. Odd that the selling Dealership provided the CarFAX as a link on the add but didn't read it themselves.
