As long as the springs aren't sagging or broken, they're still good. In all my years of Saab ownership, I haven't heard of anyone replacing the springs on a NG900 or OG9-3 for sagging or for just wearing out, so yours should still be good. The front 9-3 springs you have won't fit your 900, but the rears will.
The rest of your front suspension is probably pretty shot at such high miles if it's all original. I didn't even get 150,000 miles out of my control arms before the bushings failed. You're most likely overdue for control arms, stanchion arm bushings, sway bar links, tie rod ends, tie rod bushings, and strut mounts. It sounds worse than it is, and all of that can be replaced in an afternoon. The rear suspension is so simple that all it involves is a pair of bushings and a pair of shock absorbers. The bushings never seem to wear out, though.
