The exhaust clamps should come off without any cutting. If it gives you trouble just tighten the nut instead of loosen and it will snap off. This assumes the clamps are in better shape than when I took mine off the last time. The one clamp disintegrated as soon as I started working on it.

You can get these clamps on Amazon too; next time I replace the flex pipe I'm going to try the SS versions I spied.

My wife orders gifts on my Amazon account all the time. Guess who gets the order acknowledgement....
