The NG900 that I have was bought brand new at a dealer here in Sweden back in -97. If the cars sold in Sweden differ from other cars sold in Europe I don't know. But I have read in other forums on the net that the same reader (ELM327) have been successfully used on NG900 with 2.3L motronic engines. Sadly the threads are from 2002 and a bit difficult to get any new answers from. What does work on the car are the big professional OBDII readers that they have in workshops. But to work perfectly they usually need to be Saab's own reader.
