I have a 2001 convert that sometimes runs funny. I can start it and it will run as nothing is wrong with it. Then there are times when I will start it get going and once I come to a stop I will get a surging thing going on. It will just jump and jump and jump. The idle does not go up far, just a little, from about 7 to 8 hundred rpms to a 1k but the turbo gague is what is moving. It goes from right at the white and yellow like to about half way in to the yellow, and will just jump back and forth over and over again with the car seeming as if its just going to take off. I put the car in neutral and it will calm down or go away.
Then I also have the problem of at any crusing speed above 45 I get something that seems like a skip. Although when I'm accelerating the car goes like nothing is wrong. Full power and all boost. I have all new vacuum hose, I was in limp home and I reset that now I dont know what else to look at.
All help will be greatly appreciated.
