Doesn't sound right, camber should be the same on both sides. You might want to get a tape measure and measure ride height side to side, front & rear and see if you find something odd (should be same side to side). If you are creative, you can make up a camber gauge and measure the degree of tilt. Just measure from the flat on the rim at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock out to a known vertical plane. Subtract the short distance from the long one, and using trig (SOH, CAH, TOA), and the vertical distance between the points, you can find the camber angle. Of course, accuracy could be an issue.
