P1312 and a long way from home Posted by 2 Saabs [Email] (#765) [Profile/Gallery] (more from 2 Saabs) on Mon, 24 Jun 2019 18:15:14 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Just got done with an 8 hour high speed run down to Florida (very hot day). Half way thru and right after gas fill up the CEL pops up and has code P1312. I cleared it out and ran another 3 hours before it popped again. Car seems to run fine but code and CEL are still there. I have my emergency spare DIC, (the one that I replaced with my current one) and I was wondering what I should do. Plugs are correct but should be replaced in about 6K. I have 4 days down here in Florida and don't know where to go for service if I need it. So, should I just keep driving as is, put the emergency spare DIC in or try to find an Autozone for a Wells/Airtex DIC. Thanks for the help.
