Thanks all. It's running! So I wondered about the CPS from what I read but it wouldn't start when cold either. Turns out it was out of gas even thought the low fuel light had just come on and said I had more than 40 miles until empty. I suspected the DIC because it had about 80K on it and that's around when they seem to fail for me. It also hesitated a few times recently when i had plenty of gas. Fuel pump was replaced about a year and half ago so signs pointed to the DIC. I will NOT let the fuel get below a 1/4 tank ever again.
