I think its also worth noting for anyone on this thread in the future looking for "lost" code to call Orio North America.
They will give you code over the phone pretty quickly as long as you have the radio out from dash and serial numbers handy etc....
and will do it for free.

Just did this a few months ago restoring my 9000 to factory radio set-up with some used units i sourced...
I started with my local "saab" dealer GM group who couldnt help and passed me off to the Orio team in Bethleham PA.
