It's pretty easy, although the steps can vary slightly depending on if you have a 5-door, 3-door, or convertible. You have to remove the triangular piece of trim with the mirror controls, pop out the plug in the door latch and unbolt and remove the latch, and then pull off the front of the door pull and remove the two screws behind there. The screws in the door pull and behind the latch are all T30 Torx screws. The 3-door models, at least, also have a plastic fastener on the back edge of the door. That's removed by pressing in the center of the fastener and then pulling the fastener out. The screwdriver in the car's tool kit has a little nub on the end of the handle that's made for pushing in the center of those fasteners. Once all of that is off, you can pull the door panel off, but work your way around the edges gently so that you don't break the fasteners. There's one fastener that's attached to a large plastic block that's glued to the inside of the door panel. That one tends to rip off of the door panel, but it's not that important. My 900 is currently running without it, but I'll glue it back on eventually.
