Ah, very good to know. I don't think I have anything to worry about then. Haven't had any issues, as far as I know. The only issue that has come up is the o-rings on the heater core. I think it happened at such low mileage (around 40k) because the car sits for so long in the winter. I thought some similar effect my take place with other coolant components such as the water pump.
I should post something else on my power steering pump, because that one I think needs some attention.
