Eh, I will have to disagree with most of that.

Saabs aren't really anything different than other cars. Gaskets/seals & other parts will have been made by the same companies that make those items for other vehicles.

400ft once a week is bad for the car since it doesn't get things hot enough. It would be better to take the car out for an Italian tuneup every few months.
