Hello,
So yes you can jumper the wires at the switch that control the drivers front window. The switch switches polarity to control the direction of movement. On the connector wires in pin 18 (GY/WH) and pin 19 (BK/WH) go to the window motor. You should be able to get power from pin 11 (BN/GY) and ground should be pin 8(BK).
So basically supply power to pin 18 and ground to pin 19 and window will either go up or down. Then reverse it and put power to pin 19 and ground to pin 18 to go the other direction.
If jumping the wires works you may want to retry the switch. At that time you will know the window motor is good and the wiring to it is also good. I have found if they are really bad sometimes the little levers with the contacts on them get slightly flattened out. If you bend them a little more they make better contact and work again. If you have any questions about what I have said just ask. Ofcourse you could try Goldwing or even Red Aero Saab Parts and see if they have a used one that works. Good Luck, Bernie
