Saab Idling and cruise control issue

Hello everyone,

I have a few issues with my saab and was wondering if any of you guys know what it might be?
I will have them listed below:

1. The saab has an idling issue where whenever the engine heats up the car will stick and over-rev temporarily. I cleaned the IAC valve and throttle body but the issue continues to persist.

2. the second issue I have issue is the cruise control. when driving the crise control can be kind of spotty, meaning sometimes it will work and other times it wont. you can tell the the cruse control is or isn't working because the dashboard light for cruise control will show on the cars dashboard.

Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated thank you,
