Please also check fuses 20, 21, 25, 35.
I still think that you would be better off looking for power available for the motor, inside of the door. I don't think that you will be able to do much if you pull the central locking control unit. Especially without documentation. The haynes manual is very weak in this area. There are no pictures, and not documentation about internal functionality. The manual seems to talk about the central locking control unit and the integrated centrol electronics module in an interchageable ambiguous fashion. So you cannot be totally sure about what they are talking about, or whether they even know what they are talking about.
.................
To remove the Integrated Central Electronics Control module:
disconnect battery ground
with drivers door open, unclip the cover from the fuse box
remove lower facia panel
on left had drive units, remove the air duct to access the relay holder
undo screws mounting relay holder, and move to one side
disconnect wiring plug, (does not say plugs), then undo screws and remove.
...........
If I faxed the page, that would be it.
But I am still suspicious that this might not be the module that you seek.
Inside the door, you should be able to detect voltages at the switches. You could get the locking specific manual from your dealer.
