After living in Boston, Maine, New Hampshire, Winsonsin, and now California I can see why your dealer sent you the tip - MOST Mass drivers are wreckless, law-breaking and discurteous! I think the reason why the city fathers adopted the subway and train systems nearly a 100 years ago is because they realized the shortcomings of the Beantown driver. From Lowell to Worchester to Foxboro, you risk your life when you go on public roads. This is why Saab safety is so important and of high acclaim in New England. Where else do you see cars triple parked, drivers in emergency lanes, cross-walks and red lights ignored like there just there for decoration. Really, when people from CA tell me there visting MA I warn them that just because a light is green doesn't mean it's safe to go throught it. They think I'm kidding at first, but when they return they all say "you were right about the drivers there - they're mad".
Sure the dealer should sent out technical tips for your car's maintanance, but maybe they'd like to see a Saab in Boston come in without a dent for once:)
But hey, any city that can sign a ball player for $160 million while having the team up for sale doesn't need to worry about it's drivers...
