Well after two visits with the dealer they fixed the bucking problem on my 95 900set. The first visit they claimed the only problem was that the wastegate was sticking and needed to be adjusted. I drove the car the next day and the problem was still there, the DI cassette was now suspect. Returned car to dealer yesterday and a cracked spark plug was found...since I installed new plugs less than a month ago that was a shocker (no pun intended). My thoughts were there must've been a hairline crack in it and from the hot/cold cycling it propogated, I saw the plug and it was a huge crack definitely not there when I installed it. They also replaced a trans mount under good will since I bought the car there not long ago and the warranty was over, very nice of them. Drove the car this morning and all I can say is wow! Much smoother, no bucking and boost is right on, bpc working fine. As a side not I had a 2001 9-5, automatic for a loaner pretty damn fast car, great handling and feel, very nice interior, refined. One complaint, engine noise is very loud in car. If you've ever heard a chevy cavilier go past they have a distinct exhaust tone, that was very similar to the noise inside the cockpit, not what I expected.
