You have the sequence right!

The boost is very easy to setup. Just slowly increase until you find the fuel cut pressure, then reduce to be slightly under it. Very easy.

Don't forget the turbo compressor discharge silencer. You can mod the air box later on.

Please use the term 'throttle body transition casting'. Or we will get folks excited about grinding ... i won't even say it :)

As for knocking concerns, always an issue: There have not been any problems reported of this nature. But always keep things in top form. Good fuel, proper plugs in good condition, perhaps with .035" gaps. Clean injectors (Techron Concentrate). Also need to have 'cold' air induction, so open cone filters under the hood are out. And synthetic oil for piece of mind and long term durability.

Your clutch and drive train will be fine, if they are in good form. If someone has a badly worn clutch from abusive habits, then the clutch cannot be expected to coexist with higher boost pressures.
