Especially since this behavior tends to show up when power is being applied to the wheels. The car doesn't jump to the right/left quite as vigorously when coasting over rough pavement as it does when powering hard over rough pavement. If an engine actually made power, one might be tempted to call this "power steer", but since an engine produces torque, I think "torque steer" is a fitting name.
