TJ,
Every once in a while one of my headlight wipers gets out of synch. I have since determined that this is due to a short wash cycle. The headlight wipers only work with the lights on and you wash the windshield. I would find myself just squirting a little bit of washer fluid on the windshield, this usually causes one of them to go out of synch. If I push the wash button just a tad longer the wiper synchs back up on its own, I have not had to dismantle anything. Try it see what you think. I will spray for an entire cycle, ie windshield wipers up then back down, then I let go of the button. I used to just to intermeittant squirts and I think this is what got the headlight wiper to wink.
Good luck,
Bryan C
