Honest to god now; I had 33.9 mpg on a road trip in my 95 SET. I filled up in Santa Fe and drove up the canyon to Taos for the evening. Next day I drove north thru CO over Poncha Pass and the Eisenhower Tunnel (I-70) to Brighton, CO to finally fill up! For some reason when I am in the mountains my gas mileage goes up. Probably because the speed limits are lower than on the plains; also I use 10-30 synthetic oil in the engine. I now commute to Denver and get 27 to 28 mpg.
