The difference between OEM Viking wheels vs. "replicas"

For while, I've been searching for Viking Aero rims, mostly used since new ones are out of my budget (I need money for tires too). But I only came up with f***ed-up rims full of curb damage and such. Then I came across these "replica Vikings" rims that I saw in a catalog while at Discount Tire. The guy at the counter told me two companies make Saab replica rims (as well as for Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Volvo) and one of them named Voxx. The good thing about these wheels is that they are $125 a piece and are brand new! But are their any differences between how the OEM rims and these are made?
