re the hatch opening - I have the same problem, but I think I know the answer.
When I press the ahtch unlock button, sometimes the hatch isn't unlocked. This puzzled me for quite some time, buit now I think I know why.
I happened to notice that when I close my drivers side door after pressing the hatch unlock button, the air inside the car is compressed and I saw the hatch bounce just slightly. I think that opend the hatch and then close it again. The result is a locked hatch when you walk around to the back and try it.
Lately I have been leavign my drivers side door open until I open the hatch. It has been unlocked every time. I have only tried this awhile so I am not totally convinced. When I am convinced, I will try adjusting the open sensor. If you also try my solution, let me know your result....
thanks!
