SRS Light...I have no idea why. You'll need to visit a dealer or independent with Saab TechII tester to diagnose/clear the airbag faults. We see very few airbag problems come across this board. I have heard of them faulting out if the battery voltage gets very low.

Vibration...did you change wheel size? Vibration under acceleration only could be a bad inner CV joint, but this is doubtful b/c GM intruduced the "floating driver" inner CV on the NG900 which has play in it normally....plus your symptoms just popped up after the tire issue.
Early 1/2 of 1995 NG900's of VIN# S2012271 and S7014772 and earlier had a different front suspension setup. The rearmost bushings on the control arms (Saab calls these arms "stanchions") cause a steering wheel vibration as you describe when they get worn (like 70+K miles). But these bushings are only $14 each and there are two of them. However.....before you dive into this, you need to rule out tire balance...most of those guys are balancing tires b/c McDonalds wasnt hiring if you get my drift, (find a shop which has the superhightech Hunter GSP9700 balancer via http://www.hunter.com) and go there. Alignment would be a good idea as with any new tires. Also check for play in the tie rods and wheel bearings. Once you have ruled these items out, check the bushings.

Gas mileage...often a worn O2 sensor, but run some FI cleaner thru the tank first...Techron is fine, BG's 44K is the best, but hard to find. Tire pressure???
