I know it's hard to believe (only someone from Florida would post about the air conditioner this time of year!) but I needed my AC yesterday and low and behold, warm air! I stopped using it in the middle of December (not to rub it in) and it worked great up until then. Yesterday was the first time it's been used since then and it would not cool down (I drove about 150 miles yesterday).

It blows warm and make a sort of hissing or whistling sound when the AC button is depressed. I figured that someone may be able to point me in the direction of some items to check to narrow the problem down.
